Property Practitioners Draft Bill - 2016

Lindiwe Nonceba Sisulu, Minister for Human Settlements published the draft Property Practitioners Bill, 2016 for public comment on 31 March 2017. The draft Bill is available for download by clicking here.

Any interested persons or institutions have been invited to submit written comments or representations with regard to the draft Bill within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice.
