Life should be simple, but it is often complicated unnecessarily. We believe that many legal matters can be resolved amicably through consultation, mediation and/or arbitration instead of litigation, whilst keeping the best interests of all parties at heart. This avoids the unnecessary stress, massive costs and delays usually involved in litigation and court matters. We offer various avenues in which our clients can become more comfortable with the law such as helpful articles, easily downloadable tools which can be used in daily life, training seminars and exclusive online courses, as well as the availability of other helpful information.

AZARIA INCORPORATED most importantly serves as our Client Management & Specialised Services Hub which takes care of all client interaction and service experience, whilst bringing life and law together ... making the entire experience of our clients with the law simpler, better and faster.

We believe that the majority of legal problems arise due to lack of understanding by people of their rights and obligations in terms of law, legislation and the application thereof in their daily lives. This in turn does not only leave people vulnerable to exploitation by those who take advantage of this, but also open to making costly, although mostly unintentional, mistakes resulting in legal action against them. If one was to look closer, lack of legal knowledge does not only have a crippling effect on people in their personal capacity, on their careers and/or on their families, but also causes an often overlooked ripple effect within our homes, in our children's schools, our communities, businesses, trade, the economy and even our government.

Our Origins ... From Painful Endings
to New Beginnings!

SERISHA AZARIA MOODLEY, the founder of both AZARIA INCORPORATED and SERISHA AZARIA MOODLEY INC. is a well-known and respected female legal mind. She previously held the title of Head of Conveyancing and Senior Conveyancing Attorney with KLINKENBERG INC. ATTORNEYS having been one of the biggest legal firms in Gauteng. She served a multitude of clients with dedication, loyalty and honesty over her almost 8 years of professional service to the firm. She however has over 16 years of combined legal experience as an Attorney and is further an Admitted Conveyancer & Notary Public with a proud reputation for client service excellence. Serisha further also personally conducts all training seminars and workshops for which she has a great passion.

KLINKENBERG INC. was unfortunately and unexpectedly closed in December 2015 after the tragic passing of the sole director, ROBERT KLINKENBERG. His death and the closure of the firm came as a great shock not only to Serisha and her Conveyancing Team, but the impact was felt far and wide throughout the industry.

AZARIA INCORPORATED was thereafter formed in an effort to not only create much needed employment for females in the legal profession during the current difficult times and volatile economy, but also to continue the long standing services passionately offered by her and her team to the prior KLINKENBERG INC. clients.

The name AZARIA literally means “helped by God” and has a very special meaning to Serisha and our team. Our legal and professional ladies, some having also joined Serisha from the original KLINKENBERG INC. team, all came together during the same time of great personal tragedy, difficulty and loss as a result of KLINKENBERG INC’s closure. We did so not really in an effort to revive the old, but instead to make a new beginning not only for ourselves, but also for our clients by endeavouring to once again establish a respected and trustworthy legal team of specialists in our individual fields of service. Our vision became clear in that we hope to bring positive change to the face of law and conveyancing in South Africa.

Our beautiful and highly skilled ladies who have now joined Serisha in this new and exciting venture were all trained by Serisha personally in the application of law and professionalism throughout their individual service offerings. AZARIA INCORPORATED, although new, thus already has a vast pre-existing and loyal client base.

We are thus built and established from onset based upon each one of our team's individual as well as collective knowledge, whilst driven by a passion for what we do. We bring with us absolute loyalty and dedication to continue to assist the valued clients with whom we have formed excellent client relationships over many years including those we were of service to under the KLINKENBERG INC. name. We further look forward to serving and building such same loyal relationships with many new clients as well.
